VEC-5100HCI series cards are the most cost-effective H.264 hardware compression cards that support realtime CIF recording. This series card can provide full channels CIF/QCIF with 25/30fps and dual-stream encoding; it also can support 4CIF(D1)/2CIF with non-real time encoding or some channels D1 realtime encoding.
