Warranty Limitations

Free warranty items:

LINOVISION's warranty only covers defects caused by normal use or logistics damage, quality problems, etc. And we will pay for the round-trip freight for the warranty items.

Free warranty exclusions:
1. The products have exceeded the warranty period.
2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, mis-use and any other human factors.
3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding or human negligence.
4. Damage caused by improper operation to equipment shells, power supplies, etc. during use.
5. Please note that customized products may only change or cancel an order for Product(s) up until the time we begin manufacturing the products unless approved.

 

Warranty Period

The warranty period for all categories is shown in the table below, and it starts from the delivery date of the original order.

*For clearance products, the warranty period is 1 year.

Warranty Return Procedure

  1. Submit support ticket to request RMA return
  2. After approval, ship back products with RMA number 
  3. LINOVISION will inspect defective products
  4. Repair or provide new replacement, or we issue refund credit. 

Exchange (Advanced Replacement) Procedure 

For our valued dealers, we offer advanced replacement to ensure non-stop operation of your projects. 

  1. Submit support ticket to request RMA return
  2. After approval, LINOVISION will ship out new replacement units immediately. 
  3. After replacement, ship back defective unit with RMA number. 
  4. Once we receive defective unit, LINOVISION will apply credit note to advanced shipment orders (balance is 0).
